- What counts as a conversation?
- One thread with one visitor, however many messages it takes. A customer asking three questions in one chat is one conversation.
- Do you charge per resolution or per seat?
- No. Plans are flat: resolving more never raises the bill, and seats are included up to your plan's limit.
- What happens at the limit?
- The agent stops answering until the next month or until you upgrade: visitors get a polite holding reply, their conversation lands in your inbox for a person to pick up, and you get an email. There is no overage bill.
